District Census

This year we will be returning to the method of gathering census information that has been used successfully in years past.

Information will be gathered in a variety of ways. 

            1)  Personal home visits by our district representative

            2)  Information from student update forms

            3)  Phone call(s)

            4)  Information from a neighbor/friend or family member

                  that is verified later

Who will be conducting the census and when?  Mrs. Donna Snyder is our district representative, and she will begin her canvass of the district in the spring.  What happens to the information collected?  It is used to project future school enrollment numbers.  It is also used for statistical reports with regard to villages, towns, counties, etc.  Personal information is NEVER given to anyone.

If you are not at home when Mrs. Snyder comes to call, she will leave a form to be completed and returned.  An addressed, stamped envelope will also be provided for your convenience.
