The Pine Valley Central School District is a rural district which covers an area of approximately 120 square miles in the northeast section of Chautauqua County and the northwest section of Cattaraugus County.
The Pine Valley Central School is approximately fourteen miles from the Village of Fredonia and twenty-five miles from the city of Jamestown.  The area connects easily to metropolitan Buffalo and Erie by using the Southern Tier Expressway (Interstate 86/Rt. 17) and the New York State Thruway (I-90).
