Over the past week, Mrs. Hesse’s Chef’s Class has been competing against each other in a Chef’s Challenge Baking contest. Working in teams, they are given “Surprise” ingredients that they must incorporate into an entrée or a dessert. The catch is that they are timed! So collaboration and cooperation are essential ingredients as well. (Pun Intended). Afterward, their creations are judged by Mrs. Hesse as well as student and staff judges. This event is both challenging in its task, and delicious in its product!
