Nick A. Langworthy was recently elected to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives, but he got his start at Pine Valley Central School District. A Class of 1999 alumnus, Rep. Langworthy will represent New York’s 23rd District, which includes his alma mater.
After graduating from Pine Valley, he attended Niagara University and got his start in politics by founding the university’s branch of the College Republicans. He interned in NY Governor George Pataki office and worked on three congressional campaigns before becoming Erie County’s youngest Republican chairperson in 2010. In 2019, he became the chair of the New York Republican Committee.
The following year, Mr. Langworthy was inducted into the Pine Valley Wall of Fame for distinction in civic affairs.
Congratulations to Rep. Langworthy!
