District Message

The Pine Valley School District has been made aware of a recent arrest of a district employee. Prior to the arrest, concerns were reported to the District, and the individual was immediately placed on leave while an investigation commenced, and law enforcement was informed. 

We are fully cooperating with law enforcement. Situations like this can be deeply concerning for our families and community. We encourage anyone who may have relevant information to contact the District or the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department at 716-753-4232, so that a thorough and complete investigation can take place.

The safety and wellbeing of our students is our utmost priority. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment and will continue to take all necessary steps to protect our students and uphold the trust placed in our district.

Because this is an active law enforcement matter, and to protect the privacy of those involved, further details cannot be provided at this time.

Pine Valley CSD uses a community-centered approach to invest in our students, families, and team as we develop skill sets in all students so they believe they matter, can be successful in life, and make a positive impact on the community and world.
