Principle of engineering students built four cardboard boats this year as part of their first unit with Mr. Habermehl. The top boat was Russell Errington, who built a boat similar to a "bull boat" made by Native Americans. Bull boats are built by stretching buffalo hides over a circular wooden frame. The class competition requires students to cross the pool and return back for a recorded time. Other students who were successful in traversing the pool include Brayden Chitwood and David Maciuba. #PantherPride
