• Meet Your 4th Grade Teacher

    Mrs. Gray

I was born and raised on a small grape farm near Fredonia, NY. After graduating from Fredonia High School, I attended the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) to earn my bachelors in science in environmental biology. I worked as an environmental educator and naturalist in Syracuse, NY and Jamestown, NY before returning to school to earn my masters in early childhood and childhood education from the University at Buffalo (UB).

I strongly believe that students learn best through exploration, collaboration, and play, so we will be doing plenty of those things this year. I also know how important it is to get children outside and will make it a point to get outside every day. Please make sure your students are prepared to go outside rain, snow, or shine! Please let me know if you need any help providing outdoor clothing for your students.

I look forward to working with your child and getting to know you and your family as we grow and learn together. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year. Email me here.
