Obtaining APPR ScoresNew York State Education Law 3012-c (Chapter 68 of the Laws of 2012) permits parents and legal guardians of a student the ability to request the final rating and the overall effectiveness score for each teacher and building principal their student is assigned to for the current school year. Parents/legal guardians may request this information by downloading the APPR Composite Score Request form (see link below), completing and submitting by mail or in person to the Superintendent’s Office: Pine Valley Central School; 7755 Rt. 83; South Dayton, NY 14138.
